Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements provided for in Appendix A of the UNI CEIEN 301549 standard and the “Guidelines for the accessibility of IT tools” issued by AgID pursuant toLegislative Decree 82/2022 (transposition of the European Accessibility Act – EU Directive 2019/882). 

Work is underway and the following interventions have already been carried out:

Resizing of repetitive UI elements
Increased clickable area of buttons and links present in thetemplate to facilitate interaction from touch devices and pointers with reduced precision.

Replacement of non-semantic HTML tags
Use of more descriptive HTML5 elements, addition ofrole attributes to correctly identify page regions present in the template.

Alternative descriptions for images and links
Insertion in the template code of values for alt/titleattributes present on image tags (<img>) or links (<a>)

However, compliance is partial and due to the presence of some content that is not yet accessible andwill be listed below.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons of non-compliance with the law ofJanuary 9, 2004, no. 4:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some non-textual content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textualalternative that serves the same purpose;
  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure or correlations transmitted by the presentation ofthe pages cannot be determined programmatically (or are not available through text);
  • C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone was used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or afunction;
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have therequired minimum contrast ratio, except for exceptions provided by regulations (e.g. logos);
  • C.9.1.4.10 – Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables ormaps) does not reflow when the dimension displayed by the user agent changes;
  • C.9.1.4.11 – For some essential components, also in different states, the color contrast relative toadjacent elements does not exceed the ratio of 3:1;
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, flashing, scrolling or auto-updating of information startedautomatically, lasting more than five seconds or presented in parallel with other content, do nothave mechanisms to stop or hide them;
  • C.9.2.4.1 – A mechanism to skip blocks of content that repeat on multiple Web pages is missing;
  • C.9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements the focus indicator is not visible;
  • C.9.3.3.2 – In some cases labels or instructions are not provided when content requires inputactions from the user;
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases the user interface components (including: form elements, links andcomponents generated by scripts…), name, role, states, properties and values are not correct orset or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;style file.

Content not subject to regulations:

  • Iubenda script that injects non-compliant and non-modifiable content.

Adaptation Plan and Schedule

The organization has already carried out an internal self-assessment and transmitted the results to thetechnical partner [AccessiWay] it uses to carry out third-party audit operations, as required byregulations. Third-party audit work has been completed.

The organization formally commits to achieving full compliance through the following plan:

Intervention phases:

  • Self-analysis through specific scan tool Siteimprove Accessibility checker (completed)
  • Correction of some issues found through the scan at the point above and listed previously(according to WCAG 2.1 AA as required by the cited Regulations);
  • Complete accessibility audit – in partnership with the specialized company AccessiWaycompleted on July 9, 2025
  • Implementation of priority corrections – Completion November 2025
  • Compliance test and validation – Completion November 2025
  • Achievement of full compliance – Expected completion: October 2026
  • Installation of a widget developed specifically to optimize website use by users withdisabilities (AcceWidget by AccessiWay). Completed.

Technical collaborations

The organization is collaborating with AccessiWay, a company specializedin digital accessibility, to ensure complete compliance with the standards provided for by regulations.

This collaboration included an audit phase with a community of people with disabilities and theinstallation of the above-mentioned widget.
